ITAR Compliance

In accordance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), all manufacturers, exporters, and brokers who handle defense articles, related technical data, and defense services—specifically those listed on the United States Munitions List (Part 121 of the ITAR)—are required to register with the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC).


This mandatory registration provides the U.S. Government with critical information about entities involved in the production, export, and brokering of these controlled items and services, ensuring that they adhere to national security and foreign policy objectives.
